The all-new XTR M9250 rear derailleur is available in both mid-cage and long-cage configurations. The mid-cage version is optimised for impact survivability and is the choice for both Shimano's top enduro athletes and weight-conscious XC racers alike, especially when matched with the 9-45 compact cassette. The long-cage derailleur paired with a standard 10-51T M9200 cassette gives riders and racers the speed, range, and robustness to tackle every trail on the mountain. Both feature all-new wireless Di2 shifting, automatic impact recovery, a redesigned wedge shape and additional ground clearance for a bash-free ride. These rear derailleurs stand out for the speed of their shift and their ability to keep riders competitive on the trail, with built-in Automatic Crash Recovery, an impact-deflecting shape, and simple covered-pulley solutions that stand up to harsh trail impacts while retaining lightning-quick shifting speed and top-level performance.
