We offer a 60-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or protective gear if the tags have been removed.
Do you offer professional assembly for bikes purchased online?
All bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure crate. We provide detailed instructions and tools for the final setup, but we highly recommend having a local bike shop perform a safety check before your first ride.
